Transitional Housing Support

For those in the earliest stages of reentry, we provide transitional housing with intensive case management — helping you stabilize before moving toward independence.

  • Warm referrals to legal aid, employment, and treatment

Who we serve

Our programs are open to adults in Monroe County who are returning from incarceration or in active recovery. We serve men and women, and we do not turn people away based on the nature of their conviction. If you're ready to do the work, we're ready to walk with you.
